When we wake up, our blood sugar levels are lowered and we need a supply of glucose to improve our energy. Menu Savory foods: Scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, salami and cheese, baked potatoes, salad, vegetables, yogurt, butter and fresh bread. An omelet bar is available for made to order eggs which include topping such as onions, bacon, tomatoes, cheese, etc. Sweet foods: Croissants, cookies and pastries, jams and honey, fresh homemade cakes, cereals. Beverage: Water, juice, milk, tea, espresso, coffee (prepared with Bunn coffee filter), and freshly squeezed orange juice.
